1stick113 grams unsalted butter, brought to room temperature
270grams1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted and cooled slightly
250grams1 cup smooth peanut butter
120grams1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1teaspoonof pure vanilla extract
A small pinch of fine salt
Miniature chocolate chipsto garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a spacious mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the room-temperature cream cheese with the softened butter until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy in texture.
Incorporate the confectioners’ sugar, creamy peanut butter, vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt into the bowl. Continue beating the mixture until light, fluffy, and well blended.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in short intervals of 20 to 30 seconds, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully smooth. Allow it to cool slightly before proceeding.
Add the melted chocolate to the peanut butter mixture and beat until the chocolate is thoroughly distributed and the mixture has a uniform consistency.
Spoon the finished dip into a serving dish, cover it securely, and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly.
Before serving, garnish with mini chocolate chips if using. Offer with an assortment of dippers such as pretzel twists, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or sliced apples.
