Delightfully festive and easy to make, these cranberry pecan brie bites feature creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and crunchy pecans in a flaky crescent dough cup. Perfect for a seasonal appetizer or holiday gathering.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly flour a work surface, then roll out the crescent dough, pressing any seams together to create a smooth sheet. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares.
Place each dough square into the cups of a mini muffin tin, pressing gently to form a cup.
Spoon a small amount of chopped pecans into the bottom of each dough cup. Cut the brie into small, bite-sized pieces, placing one piece over the pecans in each cup.
Add a small dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crescent dough turns golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and garnish each bite with a sprig of fresh rosemary. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, try lightly toasting the pecans before adding them to the dough cups.
