Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 8-ounce tube crescent dough
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly flour a work surface, then roll out the crescent dough, pressing any seams together to create a smooth sheet. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares.
  • Place each dough square into the cups of a mini muffin tin, pressing gently to form a cup.
  • Spoon a small amount of chopped pecans into the bottom of each dough cup. Cut the brie into small, bite-sized pieces, placing one piece over the pecans in each cup.
  • Add a small dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crescent dough turns golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish each bite with a sprig of fresh rosemary. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try lightly toasting the pecans before adding them to the dough cups.
