Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, hash browns, and Bisquick.
Shape the mixture into balls approximately 1 ½ inches in diameter using your hands or a scoop, and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bites are fully cooked and golden brown.
